The sales person with whom I dealt was efficient but somewhat curt. I objected to her asking that I should grade her at a level 9 as otherwise she would be 'told off'. I take the view that the customer should be honest in their assessment they give.

Worst experience, but not surprising after seeing other Marshall reviews. The actual advisor was very good indeed, but the cinstant delay due to lack of correct parts delivery, no offer if a lift home, etc, demonstrated that BMW UK ain't great.

Made to feel welcome with friendly & helpful staff. The only issue I had was with the return of the holding deposit (£1,000) which I had to chase & it took a while to be returned to me.
