Tom King from Marshalls Salisbury was great to deal with. Kept us up to date with the progress of the build and was knowledgeable throughout when questions did arise.

The sales person with whom I dealt was efficient but somewhat curt. I objected to her asking that I should grade her at a level 9 as otherwise she would be 'told off'. I take the view that the customer should be honest in their assessment they give.

Buying my Mini from Marshall was a really good decision and experience. Receiving regular updates was great and certainly get the excitement high.

Worst experience, but not surprising after seeing other Marshall reviews. The actual advisor was very good indeed, but the cinstant delay due to lack of correct parts delivery, no offer if a lift home, etc, demonstrated that BMW UK ain't great.

This is the second time at Marshall Salisbury that I have been promised a car wash but it has not been carried out. This is important to me as I am elderly & on chemotherapy & find car washing quite difficult.

Overall I am not satisfied with parts of my service experience. The service itself was fine, however, the way other recommendations were made was not. Saying things were urgent when they were not, eg, "back tyres are starting to perish". 4/5
