The service contract clearly stated that a navigation system update would be completed during this service. The customer services representative told me that they don't do this now as it has caused software issues. This was discussed and resolved!

Recall work was completed but Marshall's were unable to complete the MOT I requested. I had to wait 3 1/2 hrs sat in reception ( I was initially told it would 2hrs) as the courtesy car I booked wasn't available. MOT had to be rebooked at local garage
