Wrong dash cam fitted and overcharged above website price. Issue only corrected after we raised it, though refund given. Being told scores below 9-10 are a fail felt pressuring. This reduced confidence and detracted from our new car experience.

Updates from salesman given regularly as promised. Shame dealer management did not seem happy to delay handover for 10 days when it arrived early so that car could be first registered with 1 March 2026 date.

The team were very responsive to phone calls and questions, and clearly making a siginificant effort to meet our requirements. The car when delivered arrived in pristine condition, exactly as described, ready for me to drive.
