Other MINI services, Cheltenham has a proper coffee and pastry bar with working space and Swindon has cold drinks as well as hot. Service staff very good but its the additional touches that could be improved

It was covered by a pre-payment plan extended from when I bought it new ten years ago and Marshall or its predecessor have always serviced it well.

Car had to remain from Friday to Wednesday due to Bank Holiday. I was promised a free car wash and valet which didn't happen. The sales advisor did put the vacuum around and apologised.

Having initially been told it could take up to a fortnight for work to be completed (because the part had to come from Germany), the story kept changing and it became clear that the part was, in fact, coming from the Far East.

A long way to travel, but worth it for the good service received from Tariro and Dawn. (Sadly there was no clean and valet available, as it was a Saturday).

Excellent customer service from all staff but particular shout out to Tariro (T). He was friendly polite, professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with. He kept me informed on timescales & called me re: MOT progress update. Real asset to Mini!
