Sarah was attentive, informative, friendly and professional . We felt at ease and confident that our purchase was what we wanted. She also kept us up to date on the progress of our order. Very unlike the poor experience we had Mini Chandlers Ford.

Picked up new car on 18th December, but centre screen went blank 3 days later, and because of Xmas this could not be looked at until January 2nd. We have currently lost confidence in the car! No explanation for this has been given.

Wesley was completely brilliant and very helpful, and the car is driving much better post-service - thank you. The cost came as a shock though and the complimentary clean hadn't been carried out which is disappointing.

I waited 10mins to be served when i first arrived, other customers that arrived after me where served first. When i picked up the car the warning light appeared and it had to go back for investigation which was resolved that day (c15 mins later)

I had a recall on my new mini cooper to refit a front passenger seatbelt. Twice I was sent away with a seat belt that locked and was clearly faulty and unusable. Finally a new one was ordered which is satisfactory.
