The service manager was friendly and answer any questions I had. They later explained how to go into the vehicle system to find additional information and explained how the service intervals worked.
They squeezed me in and completed my service very quickly
They collected the car from home and returned it to andoversavoing me a journey and time

I had to call them 3 times to ask to pay my bill, apparently the lady was on holiday? Surely somebody else could have taken payment? They also had the incorrect mobile number, they sent me an e-mail asking them to contact them :0(
Bought car in February, less than a year old, was sold as mint condition, but turned up with stone chipped windscreen and paint chips all over. Had to book in again to get sorted. When turn on air-conditioning in April for first time it was faulty.
Everyone was extremely helpful, car was collected and delivered back to me which was so helpful as i work full time. Staff kept me updated with progress and findings of service. thank you to all the staff at Salisbury

Again, slow service. In addition, I am not concerned that you are having problems "in the garage". Just say that you are busy. More front desk staff would also help. I also felt sorry for the couple in front of me whose car was not ready.
I find the process for booking your car in takes to long.25mins if you book loan car, if you have 2 people in front of you it is a wait of 1 hour. also there was a problem with my booking.
As above I felt like I was being a nuisance and holding up the lunch break of the receptionist
I received a friendly welcome on arrival, all my concerns were noted for followup. I was advised promptly on completion of the work and provided with a comprehensive update of the work carried out and overall condition of my car.
The mot was completed, but the time spent waiting around to be seen or waiting for a call is frustrating. All you hear are other customers equally frustrated whilst you sit and watch other staff doing very little.
Only issue is distance from my home.
Due entirely to my own fault the front nearside tyre was severely damaged. The Mini service report advised it required urgent replacement. Unfortunately the Mini service centre does not hold replacement new tyres.

I received a courteous welcome and explanation of all rhatcwiykd be done. I was taken to and from work and kept updated with the video and a call.
It was kept up to date with the progress of the new car & had a good handover from the salesman

I attended and asked to have some damage repaired. Despite the receptionist taking a photo and phoning back with a quote the job wasn't complete as the rim of the headlight also had damage but the receptionist tried to infer it was my fault
Everything done to my satisfaction
My car had a health check where issues were highlighted. One was damage to a tyre which was now illegal. I went to my regular tyre dealer who checked and informed me this was not the case at all, the tyre was ok, the damage did not affect it's use.
Only having had two mots as yet we are fully satisfied with the service so far. Will be going in for service soon.
