Service itself was excellent and Service Desk was very helpful, but had to wait on arrival (seemed Mini was covering BMW absence - as we had to go to BMW & there were queues). Also we hadn't been told in advance it would take all day.

The MoT was quietly and successfully completed. We had personal difficulties in getting the car in so it was collected and delivered from the garage in good time and politely.
