I attended and asked to have some damage repaired. Despite the receptionist taking a photo and phoning back with a quote the job wasn't complete as the rim of the headlight also had damage but the receptionist tried to infer it was my fault
Everything done to my satisfaction
My car had a health check where issues were highlighted. One was damage to a tyre which was now illegal. I went to my regular tyre dealer who checked and informed me this was not the case at all, the tyre was ok, the damage did not affect it's use.
Only having had two mots as yet we are fully satisfied with the service so far. Will be going in for service soon.

The service was on time, but renovations to the Mini workshop meant sharing with BMW. If I was told about that before when I booked the service, I would have made other arrangements.

See above. In the event, the problem with my car was minor. But I didn't need a video to demonstrate that, I needed my car to be available to collect at the agreed time. It was available, but the keys could not be found.
The issue I have with my car was quickly and easily solved.
very petty treatment towards us, regarding to top up fuel on hire car which we only went 10 miles. this was repeated a few times and felt like we were back at school.

The fault regarding the steering lock is referred to on the internet as a common fault but Marshalls claimed there are 'No known technical documents or cases available' How can this be?
I would have give a 5/5, however when I called the garage to discuss the issue, someone said they would call me back....I decided to visit the garage as passing the next days, had the bulb replaced and then had the call from the day before returned..
