During the purchase of my mini I could pick the car colours I wanted and all the other bits I wanted to add on . I was kept update with having videos on how my mini was made , was called when the delivery date would be .

Once it was realised it was a problem with the brakes the Advisor was very helpful, arranging immediate attention, a courtesy car but he grossly exaggerated how long it would take to complete.
Just poor service, no issue with service staff but obviously too much work and being left to wait and fault not rectified - still being looked into ?

They seemed to have booked far too many people in for Sevices on the same day. I had to wait 20 minutes to leave my car and was late for work. Kindly, the receptionist offered to take my keys otherwise I would have walked out and not bothered to stay

Youre dishonest - pricing is a rip off.Also my car had a recall & Id reported that the car was losing power but you only did the software upgrade, you didnt replace the valve. Consequently it continued to lose power & broke down.
The sales guys are great however the service staff are absolutely appalling, customer service is terrible. Earlier last year I had a leaky boot, that was an horrendous debacle too, with staff not keeping us informed with what was happening.
Cavin did a great job and kept the experience positive and exciting.

Easy to arrange and quick
See above, no one told me to go to the BMW garage, so I waited at the Mini service showroom until 08:15, then went home. I came back later, to be told, 'Oh, did no one tell you to go to the BMW garage today?'
The service staff kept me fully informed, my loan car was perfect for me and the problem which led to the slightly early visit was promptly diagnosed and fixed.
Recall carried out as planned and you carried out a Winter check which was included
As above cannot express how thankful I am considering my own garage in Peterborough were unable to fit me in until the new year.
