The MOT was advised a long way in advance and booked. The reminders were great and on the day, the service team could not do enough to help my wife with our three small children. The whole staff were brilliant

when I had the phone call to pay they advised that two pipes underneath car had been rubbing together and I had a hole in my air conditioning pipe. Said it was a manufacturing fault and they promised to come back. I am still waiting

After leaving the garage I had to preform a tyre pressure reset, and as the car had had a new tyre fitted I would have thought this should have been done before handing the car back
