Very helpful staff. Explained everything I needed to know and answered my questions.
Communication was fabulous. (Thank you to Bart) Nothing was too much trouble, even when I realised I had initially ordered the wrong model. Every effort was made to ensure my requirements were met and beyond.
I was very satisfied, but would have preferred to have just dropped the keys off on arrival for the service, without having to take a seat and wait for the meeting with the Service Advisor, followed by a second meeting on pickup.

Overall I was satisfied but just felt the car should have been ready earlier not at 5.30pm when I live some 40 minutes from the garage and they closed at 6pm

Called to say car needs something doing & when you get to garage they tell you it needs something different. Tried to charge me to fix something that was covered by warranty. Asked them to fix something which was not done properly & had to go back
i have had mixed results with my service experience - the biggest problem is that they don;t seem to understand that my time is extremely valuable. I am habitually left waiting - given a complete underestimate of the time something will take.
There has been no change in the issue I initially sought help with, and I was charged a lot for unnecessary work in cleaning brake pads. I don't feel confident about returning to mini to try to resolve the issue further
Not convinced the reception should be amalgated with the BMW side, for there were a number of people waiting and I waited nearly one hour for the car to be ready, and the wash and valet were of a disappointing standard.
Poor customer service little interest..send u letters for warrenty checks when you take car in was a year out.

No one seems to know how or who is responsible for booking in
I was told beforehand how long the MOT would take and the one fault that was detected was quickly dealt with.
Only when I took the car in for an Mot was I told that a service was overdue, this despite my having a form from a previous visit to the garage stating that a service was not due until 19.01 2018. Due to illness we had to cancel the service (go to 3)
Kept me informed of progress and kept to quoted time

As above the service is OK. It has declined since the change in ownership and the direction of the business is clearly different. We used Wood for a reason. Ridgeway diluted the experience, and Marshall has watered it down still further
