Service at Salisbury excellent but previously very disappointed with service from Wallisdown,Bournemouth. Salesman was so pushy and treated me like 'the little wife'. It nearly put us off buying a mini. So glad Salisbury redeemed themselves.

Nick the manager was very good. He went out of his way to get us exactly what we wanted, he discounted the price and supplied my wife with a loan car while we waited for our new Clubman to arrive. Matt was nice, helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

The garage was clean tidy and I was served by professional people. I had a courtesy car for the day and my mini was serviced and washed and it was seemless

I was called multiple times and left answerphone messaged from the team who arrange services, saying that I needed a brake fluid change. When I got to mini they said that they will not complete it as it was too early. I took a day off for this too.

My car has been for service and for drivers window new motor.the car was token into the workshop jobs done ,vehicle cleaned and hoovered out all within the time specified.

The servicing was excellent, but, unfortunately coincided with a failure in part of your equipment which delayed all the customers a couple of hours . However, you generously reduced your charges as compensation- full marks for that.

Car booked in for service and MOT.Phone call about MOT results and payment.It was collected from my home by a pleasant polite chap.Returned early afternoon with paper copies of my service and certificate.All free of charge.Painless.Lovely.

We walked straight into the showroom with little idea what I was after and Ryan was fantastic, really worked hard to get the right mix of accessories and standard car I was after. He kept me up to date by all forms of communication even on days off.
